Order
What delivery methods do you use?
We use Delhivery for shipments in India. All international orders are sent through Amarex international .
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
The shipping address of your order can only be modified if it hasn't been packed yet. To change the address, contact our Customer Care team at Queries@everray.in
My order shows delivered but I have not received it.
Generally, our courier partners deliver the order to the intended recipient at the delivery address only. In case, you have not received the order, we request you to mail us at Queries@everray.in within 48 hours of the delivery intimation from our end. We shall arrange proof of delivery for you within 48 hours of your complaint from the aligned courier partner.
Kindly note, any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the delivery intimation may not be considered.
What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered with?
If your package has been opened or tampered with, do not accept the shipment. Immediately inform our customer care team via Queries@everray.in . Note that any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery will not be considered.
What are the payment options available?

Shipping
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We ship your order within 24 business hours, and it will be delivered within 4-6 business days, depending on your location.
Order Status & Tracking
You will receive an email and SMS confirmation from Everray once your order is successfully placed. The email will include all the details related to your order.
Coupon
How do I redeem a coupon/gift card?
Once you have shortlisted the product you wish to buy. You can enter the discount/coupon code or enter your gift card code, click on Apply Code, and follow the rest of the instructions to place your order.
Not able to apply two coupon code?
You can apply one coupon at a time.
Cancellation
What is Everray’s Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel an order until it has been packed at our warehouse, including sale items. The amount paid will be credited to the same payment method used. If you wish to cancel after the order is packed, contact our Customer Care team at Queries@everray.in.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For all prepaid orders, the refund shall reflect in the source account within 5-7 business days.
Quality
Is Our jewellery anti tarnish and water resistant?
Our products are anti-tarnish, with a little care, your jewellery will last longer! Regular use of water on jewellery - like showers, swimming etc, should be avoided, however little water will not tarnish the jewellery. we have included the care instructions in our jewellery care guide.
Can I use Everray's product on daily basis?
With Everray's anti-tarnish feature, you can confidently wear your jewelry daily without concerns about it losing its shine or luster over time.
